2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely. Below are the estimated shipping times for orders shipped from our international warehouses:

  • USA: 7–15 business days 
  • Canada: 10–20 business days 
  • Europe (France, Germany, Spain, UK, etc.): 6–18 business days 
  • Australia: 9–19 business days 
  • Other Countries: Please refer to our shipping calculator for specific delivery times.

Shipping times may vary based on your product’s size and weight, as well as the shipping method you select. Please note that these estimates do not include processing time, which typically takes 1–5 days​

For expedited shipping, we also offer express options (e.g., DHL, USPS) at an additional cost. For faster delivery, please select one of these express methods during checkout.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. For standard shipping, prices range from $7–$15, depending on the shipping method and location. Expedited shipping options will have a higher fee, but provide faster delivery.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order status directly on our website using the tracking number provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to be reflected in the system.


5. Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, shipping times may be affected by local customs regulations or unforeseen delays, and we are not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply to international shipments.


6. Damaged or Lost Items

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue. For lost packages, please allow 7–10 business days before contacting us for assistance.
